The GreenMetrics 12 month Subscription Plan. This agreement is made under the terms and conditions as described in the Agreement between Andrew Batchelor trading as Sales Follow Up Ai and GreenMetrics Limited dated 11 February 2025 and signed by Warwick Russell on behalf of GreenMetrics on 17 February 2025. That agreement for a fixed term of 12 months. The agreement provides, amongst other things, that upon failure to make payment within 30 days after demand, then all monthly fees up to the end of the term shall be due and payable.
